We will check in from 2pm on Friday. Our full schedule will be sent you upon booking or enquiry. Check out is by 3pm after lunch on Sunday.
This is not really ‘when’, but some important matters should be covered:
Cancellation Policy: We issue full refunds (minus a 3% administrative fee) for cancellation requests submitted more than 90 days prior to any of our retreat’s start date. In case of cancellation requests submitted 60-90 days prior to the retreat start date, we will issue a partial refund of 50% of total amount. Cancellation requests submitted less than 60 days before the retreat start date are not eligible for refund. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance for the unexpected. We are not able to make exceptions, even in case of injury/illness, personal emergencies, weather, etc.
COVID specific: In case of a COVID related cancellation by you, the property owner or due to government restrictions or mandates, no reimbursement will be given, but the full amount will be respected as a credit to be used toward a future retreat within 2 years.
Insurance. We have sourced really, affordable Insurance for covid cancellations. We will not make anything on this and simply wish to pass the link onto you if you would like to take up this option. https://www.tomahawk.co.nz/products/refundable-bookings
